Spiritual Direction
In spiritual direction, a director offers guiding companionship on your spiritual journey.
In the sacred space of your conversation, the director will offer a listening ear. She or he may help you to name the ways God is present to you, or to discern where the Holy One may be inviting you at this time in your life.
During a Retreat
On a directed, personal retreat, the director meets with you once a day. On a directed group retreat,
the director may meet with the group as a whole and, if you wish, privately with each individual.
In Everyday Life
English and Spanish-speaking spiritual directors or guides
are also available for individuals not on retreat. Meetings are usually arranged monthly or every six weeks,
